I did not receive my token via SMS what can I do?

  1. Network Delay: SMS delivery is subject to network conditions, and delays can occur, often beyond our control, depending on telecommunication companies (TELCOS).
  2. Mobile Unavailability: If your mobile number was switched off or unavailable when the SMS was sent, delivery might be affected.
  3. DND Registration: Check if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list, as this can prevent SMS delivery.
