I did not receive my token via SMS what can I do?
To access your token, kindly sign up on our portal using https://www.pays-app.io/auth.
Upon registering with your meter number and phone number, you will be able to access your complete recharge history, token, and download your payment receipt.
The primary causes of SMS delays may include:
- Network Delay: SMS delivery is subject to network conditions, and delays can occur, often beyond our control, depending on telecommunication companies (TELCOS).
- Mobile Unavailability: If your mobile number was switched off or unavailable when the SMS was sent, delivery might be affected.
- DND Registration: Check if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list, as this can prevent SMS delivery.
