Authentic Items Policy 

At PayS Marketplace, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality, genuine products. Our Authentic Items Policy ensures that all products and services sold on our platform meet the required standards for authenticity, reliability, and performance. 

PayS does not allow the sale of inauthentic products, including any items that have been manufactured, replicated, or reproduced without authorization. All products listed on PayS Marketplace are sourced from reputable Vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers. We take strict measures to verify the authenticity of every product, especially those related to energy-saving technologies, solar systems, inverters, and other energy-related products. 

Vendors on our platform must comply with the following authenticity requirements: 

  • Provide certificates of authenticity for branded or certified products. 
  • Ensure that all products listed are original, and free of counterfeit components. 
  • Accurately represent the product’s specifications, capabilities, and performance as stated by the manufacturer. 

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or removal of the seller’s account and/or legal action. 

We are committed to protecting our buyers from counterfeit or misrepresented items. If a buyer suspects that a purchased product is counterfeit or does not match the description provided, they are entitled to: 

  • Request a full refund or replacement through our Returns and Refund Policy, subject to validation. 
  • Lodge a formal complaint via our Customer Service Team to investigate the authenticity claim. 

When an authenticity claim is raised, we will immediately investigate the issue by contacting the seller and reviewing all relevant documentation, including proof of purchase, certificates, and product descriptions. In some cases, an independent expert may be engaged to assess the product’s authenticity. 

If the product is found to be inauthentic, PayS will not facilitate the return or replacement of this item to the seller and the seller bears the entire risk of losing the physical item, the monetary value of the item, and the privilege to continue selling on PayS. Also, the buyer will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. The seller will face appropriate actions, including the removal of their listings, account suspension, or legal action. 

We also reserve the right to freeze and block your Account if we deem any funds to have been  acquired illegitimately or where you are unable to provide details of the original source of the funds  from your Account to your E-Wallet.   

Reporting Inauthentic Products 

If you believe a product listed or purchased on PayS Marketplace is counterfeit or misrepresented, please report it immediately to our customer service team at outlets@payS-app.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate the matter swiftly. 

Product Listings & Prohibited Items 

Vendors must comply with all PayS policies regarding product listings, including but not limited to: 

  • Prohibition on the sale of counterfeit, illegal, or restricted goods as defined by PayS. 
  • Accurate representation of the goods, including truthful descriptions and actual product images. 
  • PayS reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these policies without prior notice and to suspend or terminate accounts of Vendors who repeatedly violate listing standards.
