Dispute Resolutions Policy
Dispute Resolution Policy
At PayS Marketplace, we are committed to fostering a fair and transparent environment for all vendors. Our dispute resolution process ensures that any issues arising from transactions, product listings, customer interactions, or platform-related concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
This policy applies to all disputes between vendors and:
- Customers regarding product quality, delivery, returns, or refunds.
- PayS Marketplace concerning account management, payments, or policy violations.
- Other vendors in cases of intellectual property claims or marketplace competition issues.
- Mediation & Review
Once a dispute is escalated, PayS Marketplace will assign a Dispute Resolution Officer (DRO) to review the case. The DRO will:
- Investigate the dispute by collecting necessary evidence from all parties involved.
- Facilitate communication between the vendor and customer (if applicable).
- Recommend a fair resolution based on marketplace policies and industry best practices.
- The mediation process is expected to be completed within 10 business days.
- Final Resolution & Actions
Based on the findings, PayS Marketplace will provide a final decision, which may include:
- Approving or rejecting refund/return requests.
- Reinstating or removing disputed product listings.
- Issuing warnings, penalties, or account suspensions for policy violations.
- Adjusting payments in cases of transaction disputes.
- Failure to comply with the final decision may result in further actions, including temporary or permanent suspension from the marketplace.
- Appeals Process
Vendors who disagree with the resolution may submit an appeal within 3 business days of receiving the decision. The appeal must include new or additional evidence that was not previously considered. PayS Marketplace will review the appeal and provide a final verdict within 5 business days.
- Confidentiality & Compliance
All dispute related communications and documents will be treated as confidential. Vendors must comply with this policy to maintain good standing on the PayS Marketplace. Continuous disputes due to policy violations may result in account termination.
Notwithstanding the provisions PayS is not responsible for any dispute between any buyer and seller and you hereby release us (and our officers, directors, agents, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
