Returns and Refunds Policy
At PayS Marketplace, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Return Period
We only accept returns for products based on the selected delivery option. For same day delivery, returns can be processed within 1 day of confirmation of receipt, while for other delivery options, customers can request a return within 3 days of confirmation of receipt. Please note that returns will not be accepted for any reason once the specified return period has lapsed. Items may only be returned under the following circumstances:
- Item stopped working well after usage: If the product becomes faulty within the return window, the return will be authorized after an assessment to confirm the issue is due to manufacturing defects and not improper use. A refund or replacement will be processed upon validation.
- Item received is broken or defective: Product delivered has manufacturers defects, return will be authorized after validation
- Item damaged in transit: Product delivered has visible damage, return will be authorized after validation. Complaint must be laid within 24 hours
- Item received with missing parts or accessories: If the product is delivered incomplete, missing any essential parts or accessories, the return will be authorized after validation.
- Item seems to be fake/unauthentic: Product delivered is not working to specification, cannot perform specified functions, return will be authorized after validation
- Wrong item/model: Product delivered is different from what was displayed on the website, the return will be authorized after validation and once the item is returned, item cost and shipping fee will be refunded
- Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products and services are not eligible for return due to their nature or customization. These include:
- Installed or used products: Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return
- Damaged products: We do not accept returns of items that you have damaged after delivery 
- Services that have already been rendered: Services like installation, consultation, or maintenance that have already been rendered are non-refundable and any other services which have already been rendered.
- To initiate returns;
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation and pictures must be provided.
- Products that have been altered from their original state, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Services, including installation, consultation, or maintenance services, are non-refundable after the service has been rendered.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to faulty products, incorrect items shipped, or any error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, the same return process applies. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability).
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Warranties
Many of our energy-related products come with manufacturer warranties. If your product is faulty beyond the return period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms for repair or replacement.
